One aspect of our approach is to deliver the ideal environment, ecosystem and facilities which businesses need. We believe that in itself this is only a part and requires a strong community of committed people to work together.

We are looking for a General Manager to be the face of our brand. A people person who is dedicated to gathering and nurturing this community within and around Ormeau Baths. If you want to be a part of a growing business whose role it is to help some of the most exciting businesses in NI, then here is your chance.

You must be proactive and on the look out for our member’s needs. We do all we can to help open up possibilities for our member businesses to accelerate their growth. You will be expected to be a significant part of this effort. Whilst there is a level of admin and financial control required in the day to day, you would need to have a strong interest in people and their success.

Engaging with individuals and responding to their needs is what we are all about. We encourage you to talk to people, to understand them and their businesses. You will need a proven track record ( probably from a hospitality background ), have an ability to engage a room full of strangers, and also be effective at building authentic relationships whilst upholding our service ethos!

If you come from a hotel management, sales & marketing background with a keen interest in the startup tech and digital sector then this could be a fit for you.
